As an SME focused fund, our target companies are innovative and nimble entities with enormous potential for growth. We do not invest unless there is ample demonstration of scalability. Typically, our target clients have one or more of the following characteristics:

• Require funding ranging from US$500,000 and US$5 million
• SMEs with Sales less than US$10 Million or an Asset Base Less than US$10 Million and a total employee count of not more than 250 people.
• Employs not more than 100 people at the time of our investment
• Small size, simple and informal structure with knowledgeable sponsors
• Organic growth opportunities
• Have market leadership potential or can become a first quartile player within our investment period
