The social entrepreneurs receive salary funding, as well as expert coaching from our business partners and access to an international network. They gain skills in strategic planning; monitoring and evaluation; public speaking; attracting financial and human resources and on how to develop a sustainable business model. This is all done in-country, through face to face training and support and also through regional and global conferences.
